Agency Disclosures and Acknowledgments

Disclosure One:
Dream Travel RGV issues these travel documents in the sole capacity as agent for the airline, tour company, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the travel document, brochure, correspondence or other communication. As the agent of the supplier, Dream Travel RGV does not assume the responsibility for the cancellation or substitution of service by the supplier, financial default of the supplier, refunds or unused services to be provided by the supplier, or any obligation, service or monies not the specific responsibility of Dream Travel RGV.

Disclosure Two:
Dream Travel RGV is not responsible for your actual vacation. Dream Travel RGV assumes no responsibility for any bankruptcy by the suppliers. As an agent, Dream Travel RGV maintains no control of the operation, equipment, or personnel for all carriers, cruise lines, airlines, tour companies, hotels, bus lines, insurance carriers, etc., and therefore can assume no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay or inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned.

Refunds, Changes and Cancellations Acknowledgment
I understand that cancellation fees may be imposed on any or all parts of my travel. Dream Travel RGV has advised me of all supplier’s refund charges and cancellation fees and penalties. I am aware that the airline ticket may be subject to the loss of some (or all) of the fare, should I elect to change or cancel this reservation. Therefore, Dream Travel RGV strongly advises that everyone protects their investment by purchasing some type of travel protection program.

I understand that I have been advised that cancellation, change or refund penalties do apply to the travel associated with these documents and I fully understand the terms and conditions of such penalties.
